NAAC B++ Grade (First Cycle)

The Graduation Day 2025 of Bosco College of Teacher Education was held on 11th October 2025 at the Multi-Purpose Hall. The event began at 10:00 AM and was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Most Rev. Dr. James Thoppil DD, Bishop of Kohima. The program was beautifully hosted by Imkongwapang and Tsapila Sangtam, who carried the event smoothly from start to end.

The program commenced with an invocation by Rovikedono Meru, setting a prayerful and reflective tone for the day. This was followed by the inaugural address delivered by Fr. Sabu Joseph, Principal of BCTE, who warmly welcomed the graduates and expressed his gratitude for their presence. He also introduced the Chief Guest and extended his best wishes to the graduating batch.

The Melodic Ensemble by the B.Ed. 1st Semester students added a pleasant musical note to the event. The Inspirational Address by Tosovinu Weo was equally encouraging, filled with thoughtful quotes and reflections on the positive sides and challenges of the teaching profession.

The Felicitation Ceremony was a moment of pride and joy as all the graduates were felicitated. Special recognition was given to rank holders Ipeudaile and Diana, whose hard work and dedication were celebrated. The Dandiya Raas performance by the B.Ed. 3rd Semester students brought vibrant energy to the hall, adding an Indian cultural touch to the occasion.

The Valedictory Speech delivered by Ipeudaile from the graduating batch was heartfelt and emotional. She shared her journey, memorable experiences, joyful moments, and the challenges faced during the course, making it a deeply personal and inspiring address. This was followed by a soulful musical performance, which beautifully expressed hope and gratitude.

When the Chief Guest, Most Rev. Dr. James Thoppil, took the stage, he shared valuable insights about the noble calling of teaching. He reminded everyone that teaching goes beyond delivering knowledge—it shapes lives. Drawing from his own experiences as a teacher at Holy Cross, he narrated how seeing his students succeed brought him great happiness. He also reflected on the challenges and responsibilities that come with being an educator, encouraging future teachers to approach the profession with passion and dedication.

The Strings of Melody by Sungjemnola and Nogi Kemp, and the Rhythms of Heritage by the B.Ed. 1st Semester students, were captivating performances that highlighted the cultural diversity and talent of the students.

The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Fr. John Phom, followed by Concluding Words and Benediction from Fr. M.P. Thomas. The event came to a graceful close with a note of gratitude and togetherness.
