The excursion of 42 students and 8 staff members from Bosco College of Teacher Education, Dimapur, Nagaland, to Sikkim on 20th January 2024 proved to be an enriching experience over five days. Settling in Gangtok, the group ventured to Zuluk where the students were exhilarated by the rare sight of snowfall. A dedicated day for sightseeing allowed them to explore the renowned 7 points, immersing themselves in Sikkim’s natural beauty and cultural heritage.
The bustling markets of Gangtok offered a vibrant cultural experience, enhancing the trip’s educational value. The students interacted with locals, gaining insights into the region’s lifestyle and traditions. The exposure program provided an invaluable opportunity for personal growth and learning beyond the classroom.
